Forming fluid
BECHEM Form E 1500 E is a non-water-miscible fluid for punching and bending thin sheets up to 2 mm. The completely evaporating product leaves residue-free surfaces after a short time and reliably prevents the formation of white rust when processing galvanized materials. The formulation contains residue-free evaporating additives, which also guarantee excellent tool life and high surface qualities when processing electrical sheets. Compatibility with the baking lacquers used in the production of rotor packs should be tested individually. When used on high-speed presses, the product contributes to high dimensional accuracy and a stable process thanks to its excellent cooling effect.
