The latest generation of the new semi-synthetic, watermiscible drawing lubricant perfectly combines the advantages of mineral oil-based and fully synthetic drawing lubricants: BECHEM Unopol FX 200 combines the machinecleaning performance of a full synthetic with the outstanding properties of an emulsion.

We call this the ideal synergy of synthetic and emulsion: a combination that also ensures excellent drawing performance, constant pH values, minimal foaming and easy handling when re-drawing. At the same time, it enables significantly extended service life of the drawing dies and therefore excellent performance potential for stable production of bare and tinned copper wire up to a final diameter of 0.10 mm.
